1. Our Services

Speedway Tire and Service provides automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to oil changes, tire sales and repair, brake service, wheel alignments, battery services, engine diagnostics, transmission service, and suspension repair, at our shop located at 1165 West Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90012. All services are performed by our technicians on-site unless otherwise stated.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate provided, whether over the phone, in person, or through our website, is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary once your vehicle has been inspected, if additional parts or labor are required, or if unforeseen issues are discovered during service. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any material changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

3. Appointments & Walk-Ins

We accept both walk-ins and phone-scheduled visits. We do not currently offer online booking through this website. Any request submitted through our website or contact form is not a confirmed appointment until acknowledged by our staff by phone or in person.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time services are completed, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our staff. We accept the payment methods posted in our shop and, where applicable, third-party financing options such as those offered on our Site. Any financing arrangement is subject to the separate terms and approval of that third-party provider, and Speedway Tire and Service is not responsible for the terms of any such financing agreement.

5. Warranties

Parts and labor may be covered by a warranty as communicated to you at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by part, manufacturer, and service performed. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unrelated mechanical failure, or repairs/modifications performed by a party other than Speedway Tire and Service. Please retain your invoice as proof of service for any warranty claim.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedway Tire and Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site, including but not limited to loss of use of a vehicle, towing costs, or lost wages, except where such liability arises directly from our negligence or willful misconduct in performing a service.

7. Vehicle Left On-Site

Vehicles left at our shop for service are left at the owner's own risk with respect to loss not caused by our negligence (such as theft or damage caused by third parties or acts of nature). We ask that all personal belongings be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off. Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after being notified of completed service may be subject to storage arrangements as communicated by our staff.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use this Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. Information on this Site, including pricing, hours, and service descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
